2000 within the same company Shane took a position as a Sales Engineer selling plastic injection molding machinery and auxiliary equipment

2004 Project Manager for a mold manufacture that built Plastic Injection Molds 

Shane started his own company in 2005-Weaver Corporation. This company was structured to be an Independent Service Provider to service molding machines and robotics from multiple original equipment manufacturers (OEM).

2008 during the recession he had to put his company on hold and accept a management position in a custom injection molding plant. During this brief time Shane was able to assist this plant with unscheduled downtime of equipment. He also helped develop and installed 8 cells with in-mold labeling technology for the medical industry along with implementing many facility changes and manufacturing processes with advanced technologies

In 2011 Shane restarted Weaver Corporation as an Independent Service Provider. Now with over 20 years of Plastic Injection Molding experience Shane recently decided to expand his company as a Sales Representative serving Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana.
